We work like Maurice
Les Constructions Idéales was born in 2016 from a simple conviction: a well-run project starts with committed people. Since then, we have grown without ever losing that standard.
Les Constructions Idéales
Founded by Sergio Noumemeu, a civil engineer with 15 years of experience, Les Constructions Idéales has established itself as a trusted building company in Cameroon. Our name reflects our ambition: to deliver structures that meet the highest expectations.
“We work like Maurice”
Maurice was a worker whose dedication and rigour left a mark on the history of our company. His way of working — meticulous, reliable, never satisfied with the minimum — has become our benchmark. Every member of our team carries that legacy today.
Mission
To design and build quality structures, respecting the deadlines and budgets agreed with our clients.
Vision
To become a national reference in construction in Cameroon, recognised for our rigour and reliability.
Our values
The people behind every project
A multidisciplinary team of permanent staff, engineers and site managers who oversee each project from the first plan to the handover.
Beyond the management team, LCI relies on 10 engineers on fixed-term contracts, 5 site managers, 5 interns and around twenty workers mobilised as needed.
